Privacy Policy
STEFIL Academy is operated by STEFIL, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 147, Serbia. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@stefil.click.
This policy describes the information used by our technical publishing website, contact tools and optional website analytics. The store is currently in pre-release and is not accepting paid purchases.
Information used to operate the website
Our hosting and security tools process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security events. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator login and site functions.
If you email us or use the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide so we can respond and handle related correspondence. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or confidential client information.
Your privacy preferences
Optional analytics and advertising measurement are denied by default. You can accept, reject or change the available choices in the privacy preferences window. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent you from reading the site or contacting us.
We store your choices in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember them. A separate local setting remembers whether you enable or reduce animations; it is not sent to Google as an analytics event. Clearing browser storage removes these saved preferences.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how our pages are used. Measurement can include the page visited, a cleaned referring URL, approximate location, device and browser information, and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Our implementation removes query strings and fragments from page URLs before sending measurement events and does not intentionally send contact-form names, email addresses or message text to Analytics.
Our analytics tag is loaded only after analytics consent is granted and measurement is enabled for the website. You can withdraw that choice through the Privacy preferences button above. Withdrawal prevents further optional measurement from our implementation; it does not automatically erase data already collected by Google. You can also clear browser cookies and contact us about a data request.
Google’s handling of measurement data is described in its Privacy Policy and Analytics data safeguards. Google may process information in countries other than your own under its applicable service terms and transfer arrangements.
Advertising and purchases
Advertising measurement is not active in this pre-release setup. No live Google Ads purchase tag is configured. If advertising measurement is introduced, it will use the separate advertising choice and the information on this page will be updated as needed.
Paid checkout is not currently open. Before purchases are enabled, the store’s order, payment and delivery processing will be described in the applicable privacy and sales information.
Retention and access
We keep contact correspondence for the time needed to answer the inquiry, handle relevant follow-up and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical and security records follow the hosting and security services’ configured retention. Analytics data follows the retention controls configured for our Google Analytics property.
Access to operational information is limited to the people and service providers needed to operate the website, respond to requests and protect the service. We do not sell contact-form messages or publish them as part of the blog.
Your requests and policy updates
You can contact contact@stefil.click to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
We will update this policy when the website’s data handling changes. Changes to optional measurement will be reflected in the available choices and the information on this page.
